Architectural: Custom Weaving/Wire Mesh

Universal Wire Cloth Co. can provide custom designed WIRE MESH or WIRE CLOTH products to our customers for their special projects. We manufacture WIRE MESH and WIRE CLOTH in either panels, sheets, or in roll form. We have "in-house" capabilities to manufacture the tooling necessary to produce your required specifications, and provide options to weave your material in various metals such as "Mirror Bright" Stainless Steel, Bright Basic Steel, Bright Galvanized, Aluminum, Copper, Brass and others. We can also produce WIRE MESH using a combination of different, compatible metals which create a unique design look for special projects.

Crimps styles such as "Lock Crimp", Intermediate Crimp, Plain Weave, Flat Top Weave and others are common, standard styles, which are used in our manufacturing daily. These crimp styles are used to make a variety of openings and wire diameters in both square or rectangular, or other, and can be made using our existing inventory of tooling. Some of these crimp styles can also be used in combination.

Combinations of some of the crimp styles as well as different wire diameters, openings and metals are possible, and may be achieved using our standard tooling. These combinations can enhance the look of your product, without incurring additional expense for custom tooling.
